Value Added Services From HCC Consulting
Integrated/Combined Systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001)
This option relates to generating a management system that integrates the requirements of either two or all three standards as a single documented system.
The combinations can be whatever the client requires (i.e. quality and environmental, quality and health & safety, environmental and health and safety or all three).
They can, based on the system used by HCC, be integrated at separate times, where, for example, ISO 9001 (quality) may be gained first and then either ISO 14001 (environmental) and/or OHSAS 18001 (health & safety) "bolted on" at a later date. It must be stated though that the best cost savings are gained when they are all implemented in the same timescale.
Implementation Support
This support is built into the cost of each project proposal and is tailored to suit the individual company and the subject of the project. It includes:
- Generation of all documentation, forms, etc.. required to support implementation
- Awareness training support for employees to ensure successful implementation
- Generation, production and issue of a handbook for each employee based on the project detail
- Full system audit following implementation to verify compliance
- Attendance at the formal "third party" assessment to support successful registration
- Issue of all documentation generated in both hard copy and electronic formats
Annual Maintenance Support
This support is offered either as a follow-on to successful completion of a project, where many of the "administrative elements" of maintaining compliance can be sub-contracted to ourselves or as a stand alone project to act as "competent person" for H&S covering many of the time consuming responsibilities required to ensure legislative compliance.
This support also allows clients to contact us with specific queries or, should the situation arise to investigate any "Serious or RIDDOR" H&S incident to ensure full legal compliance is maintained.
These options free off valuable time of a client's management team to pursue their company objectives, leaving HCC to cover the basics, in liaison with the management team.
Information Updates
Each contracted client of HCC will receive by email a "free" Monthly bulletin on pertinent issues related to maintaining legislative compliance to health & safety, Environment and Employment (plus quality related updates when applicable).
There will also be a "free" Bi-Monthly bulletin issued by email to all "Link-Up" supported clients to keep them informed of applicable changes to Network Rail's disciplines through Group and Company standards.
This information will be supplemented further by password access (issued to active HCC clients) to the HCC "information database" on our website. This will allow more detailed scrutiny of summary information given in the Monthly/Bi-Monthly publications of HCC plus other related information.
In addition, should any client have a specific query then they can email us at any time for support and guidance on the subject in question.
Further Support Information
HCC also offer the options of a range of "ad-hoc" support including:
- Management training across a range of skills
- Strategic Business Development projects (i.e. Succession Management, Marketing strategies, etc..)
- Business Counselling
- Recruitment & Training systems to ensure employment law compliance
