Competence Management
HCC Training Services are able to offer a complete Competency Managed Service (CMS) to ensure companies stay compliant on an on-going basis to meet and comply with current H&S Legislation or meet sector specific regulations, such as:
- Railway Working (PTS, COSS etc)
- Construction Working (CSCS / CPCS)
As part of the CMS, HCC will conduct a GAP analysis to determine a companies’ training needs, then produce a Training Plan to achieve the business plan and training objectives.
