Road Rail and On Track Plant Supplier Services
This area of support offered by HCC Rail Services relates to either client's currently supplying Road Rail / On Track Plant, or companies that intend to procure and operate Road Rail / On Track Plant on the Rail Infrastructure.
HCC Rail Services has over 60 years of experience of working in the Rail Industry, Members of the team have previously worked for a major Infrastructure Maintenance Company (Prior to that British Railways) within track renewals.
HCC Rail Services has vast experience in the "Link-Up" audit process, and provides extensive support to both new and existing "Link-Up" approved client's who require ongoing annual support to maintain their registration.
The support offered by HCC Rail Services for Road Rail / On Track Plant is as follows:
- Generation / development / formal review of Maintenance Plans based on manufacturers, client, rail industry and Vehicle Acceptance Body requirements.
- Assistance in any Modification or Adjustment of Road Rail / On Track Plant and Maintenance Plans in Line with VAB (Vehicle Acceptance Body)
- Generation / Amendment / Formal Review of existing H&S policy document (to ensure Network Rail, M&EE COP & current H&S legislative compliance)
- Review of existing method statements and risk assessments related to any Road Rail / On Track Plant activities (as above)
- Generation of documents in support of the competence management & recruitment processes (both NCCA-Sentinel and CPCS scheme requirements)
- Formal review of relevant H&S , M&EE Codes of Practice & Network Rail Group/Company standards to verify compliance
- Generation of all relevant policy statements (to meet Group/Company standards requirements)
- Integration of all Road Rail Documentation and Processes into fully accredited integrated management systems (See other Consulting Services)
- Full system internal audit to verify compliance prior to Link-Up audit
- Attendance at Link-Up proof audit

This will depend on many factors, the size and complexity of the organisation, how controlled their work activities are at present, what needs to be implemented to achieve compliance etc...

The support costs for annual maintenance are normally from £2995
